2.How to use the C13 machine

1:Air compressor preparation（40-50L）for example：






2:Connect machine power（220v）



3：Start switch 




4：Choose language Russian





5：Click main screen and go out the main screen ,now you don’t need to click any button. The machine will begin to warm up.


It takes 15 minutes for the machine to warm up.We can use the 15 minutes to get ready to thread, tag , and hang the filter paper.





6：Get ready to filter paper.

Refer to the pictures and fix the knob




Cut into triangles according to the direction shown in the picture





Put it into the molding machine as shown in the figure





Then Press and hold the yellow button while gently pushing the filter paper until

reach the sealing part. Now the filter paper is ready. Release the button at this time.




7：Get ready to thread

Put the thread on the bracket




Use tweezers to drill 11 holes in the direction shown in the picture（The machine will keep the thread on the machine before leaving the factory. You can tie the thread to it and pull it to put it on directly）





When wearing the fifth hole, push it to the right according to the direction as shown in the figure. Move the fifth hole to right.





At the end of the 11th hole，reserve a little length as shown in the figure.

Then close the glass door and check if you have finished all the 11 holes.



Press the green button to start and check the operation of the thread.If the thread does not start, you need to push the red rod to the left for three seconds to start the thread.The red bar is the start switch of the thread. Press the green button to stop working. 





8：Get ready to tag.

Open the glass door. Pass through the tag as shown in the figure，when reaching the roller, press the red bar with your hand and let the tag flow from the middle of the roller.




Adjust the tag position. Aim the eye mark at the eye point position.




Start the button in the screen as shown in the figure.



Press the green button to start and check the operation of the tag and thread.





Now the teabag is empty.

Load tea into the hopper.

We need to push the red bar as shown in the figure to the right to start filling tea.



Keep working for 10 seconds and stop to measure the weight of tea.

First measure Empty tea bags .

Then peeled ( net) weigh.

The net weight of tea is 1.5g.

With bags the weight is 1.85g.

So the weight of the empty teabag with tag and thread is 0.35-0.36g



If you need to change the weight of tea. You can rotate the button behind the hopper to adjust the weight. Increase weight clockwise and decrease weight anticlockwise. And you need to start work again and use scale to measure again until the weight is right.




9：About the screen

Usually we use only few buttons. Our engineer have set the program to make sure the working.
